This year our member picnic will be on August 12, in the Indiana Dunes National Park, specifically, Chellberg Farm. It is a beautiful location that provides ample and clean amenities, and incredible views along the trails. We have an exciting evening planned. Members are welcome to bring family and friends alike.

The event is a Strider style "Boot Camp". Feel free to go all out with the armed forces theme, camouflage included! As always, we will be having a team fun run. Each team is encouraged to design a company flag of modest size. A cookout will follow. We will be providing the staple items: hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and a cake. I am still looking for a water donation from local businesses. Please bring your beverage of choice - NO GLASS - and a side dish to share if you would like. Panera and Accelerade have both donated items to provide as prizes. Park Rangers will be assigned to oversee our outing to ensure that National Park rules are not violated.
