Old Business:

Strider Survivor: 4 person relay run in pairs and must transition together. Flyer is out and there will be one more announcement in the newsletter. Volunteers, awards, and procedures were discussed. Also a report was presented on the health and recovery progress of the injured Mike Stiles. The vehicle that was involved in the accident is the primary for insurance and RRCA and USATF are secondary..

JCBS 1 mile race: 92 participants. Future of 1 mile format to be evaluated. Financial summary not yet available.

Gold Cup: Evaluations still needed from various board members

New Business:

• Presentation by Don Gobbie on the hosting of the Indiana State Games. No work or commitments required by CRS at this time.
