Board of Directors Meeting

Absent: Misty Chandos, Mary Zemansky, Mike Wilson

Meeting called to order at 6:50 PM by Michele Hale.

Motion to Approve October minutes - 1st by Robin 2nd by Frank.
Motion to Approve November minutes 1st by Robin 2nd by Cecilia / with correction that the money in question was for The Race Directors Meeting.

President's Report:

• New Business
  • Striders will donate a check to OE for the wish list
  • Check for $325 was received from Chicago Marathon
  • January newsletters will be stuffed by The Lounsbury's
  • Jim Cox award was re-ordered for Pete (original was mis-printed)
  • RRCA Convention Fundraiser (we will host a silent Auction at the banquet)
  • Raters for Gold Cup races 2008, Robin and Linda MWC
  • AAU Callouts, Meet is February 15, 16 & 17, Merrillville High school, over 600 athletes expected to participate
• Old Business
  • Collect scrap books from Misty and take to storage
  • Plug in clock to see if it works

• Trophys have been selected
• $20 approved for purchase of ribbon - 1st by Linda 2nd by Cecilia
