Meeting called to order at 6:49 PM by Michele Hale.

April and May minutes approved 1st by Robin, 2nd by Ruth ( April) 1st by Robin, 2nd by Mary ( May)

President's Report:

• New Business
  • Next Year position responsibilities
  • Clydesdale/Athena
  • Still need Bio info from Frank
  • Time clock for sale ( we provide include $175.00)
  • OE reimbursement $10.00
  • Shells need to be ordered
  • Dave Myroup will be picking up newsletters from OE each month, Jill is stuffing July newsletters
  • Motion to approve 2007 Gold Cup premiums ( Backpacks) 1st by Robin 2nd by Ruth - Approved
  • Hindwear account open
  • Chicago Marathon water stop mile5 update in July
  • Hometown Race - there will be a box for donating previously owned running apparel/shoes for the GOTR.
  • Frank needs to train Nicolette Huber to do Instep
• Old Business
  • Need to find Storage for Strider stuff ( time clock, scrapbooks, etc.)
  • Scrapbooks are at Misty's.

Vice President's Report:

• Rail Cats Recap- a huge success, we had 100 striders go to the game
• Show your striderwear at races and get entered into a raffle
• Discussion of possible strider t-shirts to promote our club

• BRP Update
• 19 runners in Lake Co. 12 runners in Porter Co.
• Coaches shirts ordered as a thank you to our volunteers

• All striderwear has been delivered

INSTEP Editor's Report:

• Submissions due on the 21st
• Go to print on the 26th
• Pick up on the 28th
• Pictures in newsletters?

Webmaster & Statistician's Report:

• Race eval's on website now

Gold Cup & Sponsored Race Series:

• Buckley and Brickyard need to get new timer for race
• Newest sponsor - Dr. Chanbo Sim.
• Draft Letter outlining Sponsorship Program

Social & Sponsorship:

• August 18 - Strider Picnic following Hometown Run
• December 7: Holiday Party

Runner Programs & Scholarships:

• 55 kids and Jr Striders for Hershey Track Meet
• Sue would like to possibly host Hershey Track meet in Porter Co. ( future goal)

Membership & Volunteers:

• Need Volunteers for all shift of AAU
