Meeting called to order by Cass after swearing in of new officers by Sue at 7:25.
Motion to approve Jan and Nov minutes with corrections by Brown and 2nd by Robin - passed.

- Discussion about securing dates for 2005 Holiday party and GC banquet. Saturday was unanimous while continuing with the DJ was 50% in favor while none against. Proposed dates are Jan 14 and 28. The holiday party was well received on Friday night. Proposed date is December 9th.
- Race evaluation responsibilities were assigned for the 2005 races.
- Discussion took place regarding the listing of non GC races on the web site and assessing a potential fee. No resolution at this time.
- Indy Mini hotels filling up - Striders have a block.
- We will have a table at the PUC fitness fair again this year. Tom Magill to help.
- Strider Wear picture award to Wanda Melion.

- Need more help at AAU meet, Sue will help with staging to save Joe money so he can contribute to CRS again.
- Equipment insurance is available through RRCA - we can cover our clock for $58 and recommended.

- Motion to deposit the Favorite Water Stop Award of $450 as follows - $350 to scholarship fund and $100 to OE for their assistance at the water stop - by Bryan, 2nd by Diane Kellenburger - passed.
